Finishing off our Carbohydrates lesson by doing a chart using coloured pasta as one of the sources of Carbohydrates, looking at a display of food sources and matching real object to pictures on the healthy plate found in the Home Economics Lab.
Lemon and poppy seed muffins. Lemons were picked from the trees at our Resource Centre.
Hand eye coordination stitching exercise to improve fine motor skills completed during Design & Technology. Back stitch and running stitch techniques were practiced.
